State of Oregon vs “D” – DUII Alcohol
Defendant followed home from the bar and when arrested blew a .14% failing the breathalyzer test. The defendant was facing his 2nd DUI conviction and we decided to take it to trial.
Verdict: NOT GUILTY After Trial.
State of Oregon vs. “B” – DUII Alcohol & Reckless Driving
The defendant crashed car into a telephone pole, arrested and blew a .10% blood alcohol level.
Verdict: Not Guilty After Trial
State of Oregon vs. “F” – DUII with Drugs & Reckless Driving
The defendant was trailed by a police officer for nearly two miles, saw numerous indicators of impaired driving. The defendant failed the roadside sobriety tests, and when the officer searched the car methadone and Xanax were found in possession. A blood test was ultimately positive for methadone and Xanax. We decided to take it to trial.
Verdict: Not Guilty Following Trial.
State of Oregon vs “C” – DUII Alcohol, Reckless Driving and Hit and Run x 3
While driving up Vista Hwy in Portland, the defendant proceeded to hit a retaining wall and several road signs. After a 911 call in by a concerned citizen, police ultimately arrested “C” and he blew a .19% BAC on a breathalyzer test.
Verdict: The case was ultimately dismissed through DUI diversion and negotiations with the prosecutor.
State of Oregon vs “N” – Domestic Violence with Assault & Harassment
Defendant arrested after fight with his girlfriend. The victim claimed multiple injuries.
Verdict: Case was dismissed
State of Oregon vs “G” – Domestic Violence Assault IV, Strangulation & Harassment
The defendant was arrested after fight with wife, photos indicated multiple injuries to the face, neck, and arms.
Verdict: Case Dismissed

State of Oregon vs “D” – Commercial Sex Solicitation
Defendant answered an advertisement on the internet and arranged to meet with a woman when he arrived at the hotel “D” was arrested by police and charged with commercial sex solicitation.
Verdict: Case Dismissed
State of Oregon vs “A” – Identity Theft X 5, Possession of a forged instrument x 2, Tampering with drug records x 2
The Defendant was pulled over for suspended license and after a search of the vehicle, officers found multiple credit cards and prescription pads. The Defendant was facing multiple years in prison for these charges and probation revocation. At the time “A” was on multiple probations for similar charges.
Verdict: Case dismissed following motion to suppress hearing. Not Guilty
State of Oregon vs “T” – Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance
Defendant attending a concert at the Roseland Theatre while passing through security guards found the defendant in possession of MDMA and was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
Verdict: Case dismissed through Drug Court
State of Oregon vs “M” – Unlawful use of a weapon
Defendant gets into argument over a parking spot with strangers, tempers flair and the defendant pulls out a machete. Police are called and the defendant is arrested and charged with felony weapons charges.
Verdict: Case Dismissed pursuant to civil compromise
State of Oregon vs “B” – Marijuana DUI
The defendant was stopped on I-205 for erratic driving. Police noticed signs of impairment and a strong odor of marijuana in the vehicle. A urine test showed positive results for marijuana in the defendant’s system.
Verdict: Found Not Guilty After Trial
State of Oregon vs “A” – DUII, Reckless Driving
Police found defendant’s car abandoned on Hwy 101. The officers followed up and went to the house of the registered owner. Found defendant at house intoxicated. Breathalyzer results revealed .23% BAC. “A” was arrested and charged with DUII and Reckless Driving.
Verdict: Case Dismissed following motion to suppress
In the Matter of Driving Privileges “J” – Failed Breathalyzer Test
The client was facing a potential license suspension for a failed DUI breathalyzer test. “J’ was pulled over speeding and weaving through traffic on I-84 and blew a .16 BAC on a breath test which is twice the legal limit in Oregon.
Verdict: License not suspended after showing police officer used improper proce
